This applies to training courses, consultancy services and interim management (temporary project management). <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>For services provided more than 30 km from Vienna, we charge as follows:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span> the applicable official mileage allowance (currently: EUR 0.50) per kilometre travelled by car.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Other travel expenses (taxis, train, flights, buses, etc.) as incurred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Accommodation costs will be charged on a time-and-materials basis; travel time is also considered part of the service and will therefore be charged on a time-and-materials basis.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2,0\">The following fees apply to seminar cancellations by the client:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"2,1\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2,1,0,0\">Cancellations between 3 and 6 weeks prior to the agreed date: 30% of the total amount to be invoiced.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2,1,1,0\">Cancellations made within 3 weeks: 60% of the total amount to be invoiced.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2,1,2,0\">Cancellations made within 1 week: 80% of the total amount to be invoiced.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span>The following fees apply to cancellations of consultations by the client:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li><span>If a new appointment is arranged at the same time: 10% of the total amount due \/ In the event of a cancellation: 50%<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span>Costs for visual aids and communication materials (flipchart notes, photographs, slides, etc.), as well as copies of documents, will be charged separately on a time-and-materials basis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Services are invoiced upon completion or, in the case of services provided over several months, on a pro rata basis each month. Invoices are payable promptly upon receipt (without any deductions). Interest on late payment is payable for payments made more than one month after the invoice date. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Prices are adjusted for inflation annually.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Current contracts may be terminated by either party with two months\u2019 notice, effective at the end of the month.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>We process personal data in the course of fulfilling orders or carrying out pre-contractual measures. This data includes: <\/span>\n<ol>\n<li><span>Name(s) (title, first name, surname) Email address(es)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Company, contact details (street, postcode, town, country, telephone number, fax number)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Area-specific notes (number of places on the course, comments, remarks)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span>In addition, the following data is stored for the purpose of contract processing:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li><span>Payment transactions \/ Order details<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Other comments<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>This data is required for the performance of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.
